Coburg Football Club’s 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on;
Monday 19th of December at the Coburg Football Club (Piranha Park), Crn Russell and Harding Street Coburg. The AGM will commence at 6.30pm.
Any member wishing to serve as a Director and, where applicable, to hold one of the offices on the Board must be nominated by two other members. The written nomination, signed by the nominee, his proposer and seconder must be lodged to the General Manager at the postal address of the club, or emailed to craig.lees@coburgfc.com.au by Wednesday December 14th. Applications can be found on our website.
A list of candidates names with proposers’ and seconders’ will be placed in a prominent place at the offices of the club 7 days prior to the AGM. If the number of candidates standing for election exceeds the number of vacancies, a ballot shall be prepared for the meeting.
A Proxy may be forwarded in writing to the Secretary, 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, nominating another member or the Chairman as their proxy.
