The Coburg Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Northern Blues’ Keenan Posar.Posar 20, is a wingman type that enjoys coming off half-back and setting up play. He possesses a big array of skills and is capable of playing deep in defence to solidify the backline. He shows toughness at the football and an instinct for leadership.
Posar is a product of the Northern Knights in the TAC Cup, having spent 2011 and 2012 in their academy before making the step to sign with the Blues for the 2013 season.
He impressed in his first pre-season at the Blues and made his senior VFL debut with AFL listed Carlton players in Round 1 of the 2013 season.
He has gone on to play 10 senior games, and 28 Development games, of which he’s appeared in the best players 10 times.
