Find out how the eight former Lions performed in a big round 9 of AFL action this weekend!
🔴⚫️ Patrick Ambrose – 0 (senior) games and 0 goals for Coburg from 2010-11
Ambrose is currently sidelined after suffering a foot injury in a scratch match against Carlton in round four.
🦢 Robbie Fox – 26 games and 7 goals for Coburg in 2015-16
Fox continues to grow week on week in his new role as a key defender. He did well to keep Tim Membrey quiet and found plenty of the football himself, finishing with 16 disposals.
🟡🟤 Michael Hartley – 33 games and 1 goal for Coburg from 2014-15
Hartley was not selected in Hawthorn’s team for their win over Carlton.
🔵 Callum Moore – 0 games, 0 goals for Coburg in 2020 (was signed for this season before joining Carlton as a SSP)
Moore had four touches playing as a key forward in his second game for the Blues.
🔴🔵🟡 Reilly O’Brien – 2 games and 0 goals for Coburg in 2014
O’Brien was one of the Crows better players in their big loss to North Melbourne. He had 12 disposals at 83% efficiency to go along with 17 hitouts and an equal game-high eight tackles.
🦢 Ben Ronke – 2 games, 3 games for Coburg in 2016
Ronke continues to be sidelined due to stress-related back injury, with a return still not likely for another five weeks.
🟣⚪️ Luke Ryan – 10 games and 0 goals for Coburg in 2016
Ryan continued his stellar form in defence for the Dockers and was one of Fremantle’s best players. He took 8 marks and had team high’s in both disposals (25) and rebound 50’s (11).
🔴⚫️ Adam Saad – 28 games and 10 goals for Coburg from 2012-14
Saad played his 100th AFL game in Essendon’s loss to Brisbane on Friday night. He was a little down on the blistering form he’s displayed over the last month, finishing with 11 disposals.
