The Coburg Football Club invites its members to join us for our 2019 AGM. As per the Coburg FC Constitution, all board positions will be vacated, and all board members will be put up for re-election.
Any member wishing to serve as a Director and, where applicable, to hold one of the offices on the Board must be nominated by two other members. The written nomination, signed by the nominee, his proposer and seconder must be submitted to the club by the close of business on Monday the 2ndof December.
A Proxy may be forwarded in writing to the General Manager, 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, nominating another member or the Chairman as their proxy.
We hope to see as many members there as possible, support from our members is critical in keeping this club running, so we hope to see a strong showing at the meeting.
