The Coburg Football Club are today pleased to announce a new 3 year partnership with the Alphington Sports Medicine Clinic as our club’s preferred partner and player health provider for all Physiotherapy, Sport & Exercise Medicine, Dietetics, Massage, and Podiatry.
Established in 1985, the Clinic is a multi-disciplinary health provider specializing in sports and musculoskeletal injuries with around 40 practitioners offering services across 10 different health sectors.
Coburg FC now joins other teams and clubs such as Melbourne Utd and Melbourne Boomers (both basketball), Bulleen Lions (soccer) and our own aligned TAC Cup club the Calder Cannons as clubs that have partnerships with the Alphington Sports Medicine Clinic. The clinic also has links to league bodies such as the Northern Football & Netball League, the VAFA and the NBL and WNBL.
This new partnership will see the clinic provide our VFL players with a great care package and hands on support from Physiotherapists at training and on game day, giving our club a great edge in this area.
