Edwards has highlighted her potential as a Lions leader, having played a handful of games for Richmond’s VFLW team after coming across from the Whitehorse Colts in the Yarra Junior Football League (YJFL).
On top of that, she also spent some time at the Eastern Ranges, developing her craft in one of the state’s most elite programs.
Appointed captain for 2021, having experience in elite programs like Richmond and the Eastern Ranges will no doubt hold the team in good stead this upcoming season.
