Calder Cannon rising star Nick O’Kearney will play as the 23rd man this week as the Lions look to make it three in a row against the Dolphins this Sunday afternoon at Frankston Oval.
The 18 year old, who recently was named in the Under 18 All Australian team joins the Lions this week to further enhance his draft prospects by competing against bigger bodies at VFL level.
Ricky Schraven is the only current omission from the side that won against Port Melbourne last Saturday afternoon, and still has one more week be used as the 23rd man for a future week.
Rory Lehmann, Tom Miles, Liam Hunt and Aaron Christensen could also be making their senior return to the side.
