The Coburg Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Tom Gleeson from Footscray.
Gleeson is a tough half-forward flanker, but is capable of going back equally. This past year, he played his football with St. Bernards, finishing in the Top 10 goalkickers in the Premier Division of the VAFA, kicking 39 goals.
This is just his fourth year in football, after coming across from an impressive tennis career that saw him play NCAA Collegiate Division 2 level at St. Leo’s University in Northern Florida.
Now 24, Gleeson is ready to establish himself as a senior VFL footballer, and we’re delighted to offer him this opportunity.
