List & Recruiting Manager Sebastian Spagnuolo was pleased to have the three players return for 2017.
“Ricky will be in his third year at the club in 2017 and he’ll be looking to add to his senior game tally, Spagnuolo said.”
“We know Ricky can become a damaging player for us and we’ll be helping him take his game to another level.”
“George is still a very raw talent but we saw enough in his first year to suggest that with further development, he may become a pretty handy player with his height and agility.”
“2017 will be another developmental year for George but his appetite for continual learning should hold him in great stead,” said Spagnuolo.
“Cam’s 2016 was a write off due to a pretty serious lower leg injury. His preseason has been excellent and he’s deserved the opportunity to be re-listed in 2017.”
“We’re hoping we’ll be able to see much more of Cam this season in a small forward role, and we believe he can have an impact when given that opportunity,” said Spagnuolo.
The re-contracting of these youngsters are crucial to the club moving forward. Stay tuned as we are hopeful of announcing more signings as we finalize our 2017 list.
