The Coburg Football Club would like to congratulate all award recipients from Friday night’s Jim Sullivan Best and Fairest count, at Aurora Receptions.
General Manager Sebastian Spagnuolo announced the first round of awards for the evening, which saw the Corigliano Family receive the Peter McGann Family Award, Nick Duryea take home the Lloyd Moss Volunteer of the Year Award, Jack Sandric win the Graham Douglas Award, and Chris Butts awarded Trainer of the Year.
The next set of awards included the Terrace Player of the Year, going to Nick Mellington, the Dave Starbuck Most Determined Award, given to Jack Murphy, and the Nick Carnell Leadership Award, handed to Peter McEvoy.
Hish Kerbatieh was named the Leading Goalkicker, while Ryan Exon was awarded the Jeff Angwin Most Courageous player.
The Trevor Price Team Spirit and Phil Cleary Rising Star awards went to skipper Tom Goodwin and Marcus Lentini respectively.
To wrap up, the newly-named Eric Lines Players’ Lion of the Year award was handed to Ryan Exon.
Once again, the Coburg Football is proud of all award recipients and is thankful for their efforts through the 2018 season.
