Following their impressive victory in the season opener against Borough last Saturday, the Lions will make two changes for their trip to Blacktown to face the undefeated GWS Giants.
Corey Ellis will not be making the trip for our Round 3 clash after sustaining an ankle injury and will be replaced by Jhye Badderley-Kelly who will line up for his second game in Coburg colours.
Harry Andronaco also comes into the side for his VFL debut and will replace Aaron Clarke in the line-up.
The reigning Jim Sullivan medal winner, Luke Bunker, will make his 50th VFL appearance on Saturday, all of which have been for Coburg. The tenacious midfielder was influential in last week’s victory, finishing with 31 disposals.
Key defender Jack Maibaum will look to continue his great start to season, after securing all 10 coaches votes for his performance last week.
