Coburg face the challenging task on taking on Carlton this Saturday at IKON Park, looking to respond after a tough outing last week at home against Richmond. The Burgers will look to secure their 3rd victory of the season, whilst the Blues will be eager to nudge their way into the top 4, albeit with a game in hand over the Box Hill Hawks.
Coach Andrew Sturgess will make one forced change to the squad for the away trip, with livewire Sam Lowson out with a hamstring complaint picked up against Richmond. The other omission from the squad, Nathan Howard, will be replaced by Alex Lukic; with Tom Silvestro being the replacement for Lowson.
Carlton have a 7-4 record in 2022 and are coming off a win against Footscray last Friday night. The Lions are hoping to repeat last year’s effort where Coburg defeated the Blues by 37 points in Round 12.
