In front of a packed crowd at Barry Plant Park, Coburg, the Lions capped off their 100-Year Anniversary Lunch with a memorable victory over long-time rivals Port Melbourne. The sold-out lunch brought together generations of Coburg royalty, with premiership heroes, club legends, and current stars sharing stories, laughs, and memories before heading outside to cheer on the Lions.
The team responded in perfect fashion, producing a gutsy four-quarter performance to claim a vital home win — keeping their VFL finals hopes alive.
