Off the field, Coburg’s commercial program continues to evolve, underpinned by the launch of The Lions Den Coterie, a new way for Coburg people to be connected and influence the future of the club.The club’s “Roar of the North” campaign has unified sponsors, members, and community leaders under one banner — positioning Coburg and Barry Plant Park at the centre of our region’s sporting identity. With Gold and Platinum partnership tiers now aligned to clear deliverables and measurable outcomes, we are on track to strengthen its revenue base while deepening ties with schools, councils, and multicultural programs across the northern corridor.
We are at an exciting point in the history of the football club, but we need as much support as possible to fulfil our ambitions.
A Defining 2026 Season
We enter the 2026 pre-season with renewed purpose, confidence, and depth. After a year of strong internal growth and the addition of several high calibre players across all lines, we feel we have built a list that blends established VFL talent and exciting young players. True improvement will come from within as it always should, and we are all very confident with our 2026 group of players and coaches and excited about the upcoming season.
Outlook for 2026 and Beyond
The outlook for 2026 is one of sustainable ambition. The club’s off-field foundations in governance, digital strategy, and commercial structure — are beginning to align with its on-field potential. Coburg’s leadership has made it clear that success will be measured not only in wins but in cultural growth, membership expansion, and regional influence.
