Coburg Football Club’s 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 10th of December at the Coburg Football Club (Piranha Park), Corner Russell & Harding Street Coburg. The AGM will commence at 6.30pm.
Any member wishing to serve as a Director and, where applicable, to hold one of the offices on the Board must be nominated by two other members. The written nomination, signed by the nominee, his/her proposer and seconder must be lodged to the General Manager at the postal address of the club, or emailed to email@example.com by Friday December 7th. A list of candidates names with proposers’ and seconders’ will be placed in a prominent place at the offices of the club 7 days prior to the AGM. If the number of candidates standing for election exceeds the number of vacancies, a ballot shall be prepared for the meeting.
A Proxy may be forwarded in writing to the Secretary, 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, nominating another member or the Chairman as their proxy.
