After having the week off with the bye last week, our Lions will return to Piranha Park to face Sydney this Saturday for their round 9 clash.
Head coach Andrew Sturgess will make three changes to the line-up from our last outing against Brisbane, seeing the return of co-captain Ryan Exon. Also making their way into the squad this week are Lachlan Walker and Trent Warren.
There is one forced change in the squad, with Jacob Ballard announcing his retirement before the bye.
The two omissions this week are Harry Andronaco and Daniel Guccione.
This match will be a special milestone for livewire small forward Sam Lowson, who will make his 50th VFL appearance, all of which have been at Coburg.
