Coburg has made three changes for Sunday’s clash against Gold Coast which will be co-captain Ryan Exon’s 100th VFL game.
Jono Marsh has been named in the side to make his Coburg and VFL debut, the 203cm ruck previously played in the SANFL for Central District and the NEAFL for Sydney University.
Dylan Thomas returns for his first game back since being omitted on the back of strong local form, while Josh Kemp also comes back into the side after kicking 6.7 last weekend for Gisborne.
Ryan Exon will line-up at half-back and lead the side out for his 100th match and 71st in Coburg colours.
The Lions will be wearing their 2022 Indigenous guernsey designed by Ky-ya Nicholson Ward as a part of NAIDOC week. A Welcome to Country will also be held pre-match.
Gold Coast sit in 12th spot on the VFL ladder with a 6-5 record in 2022. The Suns are coming off a tough loss to Casey last week, suffering a 76-point loss to the Demons in Queensland.
