Senior coach Andrew Sturgess has made three changes to his team that will take on Footscray at Whitten Oval on Saturday afternoon. Midfielder Corey Ellis will be unavailable for the clash as he entered the health and safety protocols, while Alex Lukic and Luke Bunker have been omitted.
Edyn Sibbald will return to the team after missing last week’s win in Ballarat due to illness, while Ryan Sturgess and Harry Andronaco will resume their places in the squad.
The Lions notched their fourth win of the season with last week’s emphatic 44-point victory against Geelong at MARS stadium, maintaining their 18th position on the ladder.
The Bulldogs currently sit in 13th spot on the ladder with seven wins for the season and are coming off an impressive away over Werribee.
