With a new in Coach Leigh Adams as well as new support staff and players, the Coburg Lions are embarking on what could turn out to be an exciting new era.
However, this simply cannot be achieved without more physical support which is not restricted with an unlimited amount.
The clubs Administration with the support of our Board Members have already got the ball rolling, and plan to embark on a bigger membership drive than ever before over the course of the next few months, especially throughout our preseason campaign with community engagement with activations and school visits throughout the surrounding suburbs of Moreland.
Running a VFL Club consists of a demanding workload, and we are seeking the valuable support that could make the difference at the end of the day. Whether you be someone wanting to get involved purely for the love and enjoyment of footy, looking to build on your career portfolio to boost your career prospects, or just wanting to get behind the biggest sporting club in the Moreland Municipality, Coburg Football Club caters for all.
However, to achieve this- we are looking to establish a volunteer group that will help the club going forward in reaching our aims.
If you have some time to spare, and are willing and able to help, don’t hesitate to get in contact with us about the potential opportunities on hand.
We envisage that there will be a range of different tasks needed to be done! Whether it be from stats team coverage, assistance in relation to data, operations, logistics, property & facility management, or whether it be assisting with events on game day, we have a variety of options available to cater for the needs of anyone willing to help.
