Former Coburg Best and Fairest winner Adam Saad has won the Round 4 AFL Rising Star nomination following his outstanding performance for the Gold Coast SUNS in their Round 5 Q-Clash with the Brisbane Lions.
Saad collected 26 disposals with 80% efficiency, to go with seven marks, four rebound 50s and three inside 50s
Saad has played in every SUNS’ game this season following his Rookie Draft selection last season, and is proving to be a valuable member of the Gold Coast back 6, with Nick Malceski and Jarrod Harbrow battling injury.
