The Coburg Football Club would like to announce that after consultation with Senior Coach Peter German, that Peter has decided that he will not coach the club beyond 2017.
Peter joined the club in 2014, which was the first year that the club was stand-alone again in the VFL competition, and our club is forever grateful for his contribution to the club. Peter instilled a professional culture within our organisation and was instrumental in the development of players such as Adam Saad, Michael Hartley, Robbie Fox and Luke Ryan, who have all gone onto play AFL football.
The club, Peter, his Coaching Staff and the Playing Group are fully committed to finishing off Season 2017 on a positive note.
The club will advertise for applicants for the Senior Coaching position for 2018 and beyond in the forthcoming weeks.
